We communicate with our agents via email, text & phone to help with any questions. We’re friendly, as that’s the type of business we all want to be a part of. We can put you in touch with in-house transaction coordinating. Benefit from their experience to take transactions from open to close.

How big can a virtual brokerage be?

We close hundreds of annual transactions with a sales volume into the hundreds of millions of dollars as a corporate brokerage. Yes, you can sell a multi-million dollar home with Turtlestone as many of our agents have. Some Turtlestone agents also sell commercial, including multiplexes, retail, industrial and businesses.

How do I save in fees?

Our virtual model uses modern technology to operate a corporate brokerage with a low cost platform. No need to waste time driving into an office when work can be done anywhere from a location of your choice. We pass operational savings onto you as an agent.

Do you have Part-Time Agents?

Yes, we have part-time agents that work at their own pace with no quotas and no mandatory meetings. We don’t like those and we’re guessing you don’t as well. Our virtual model can accommodate both the full time agent and the part-time alike.

How long does it take to switch?

You can join TSG Premier as quick as you like. We can complete an Agent Agreement and license certification in one day with our onboarding process. We will work with you to get the switch done with any association or MLS. This is normally nothing more than getting a few forms signed through docusign.
